RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY

Please note that this is the policy that you agreed to when you booked your session, there are more options below on how you can reschedule your session if you need to.

We realize that sometimes your plans change and that you might need to reschedule your session, so please note Elana’s 48 hour rescheduling/cancellation policy below.

• If you need to reschedule or cancel your scheduled session, please do so with at least a full 48 hours before your scheduled session date/time. 
  

• If you reschedule/cancel your session with at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled session, you can reschedule your session for another available session time within a year of purchase.
  
  To reschedule your session, please go back to either your original confirmation email or the reminder email that you receive 72 hours before your originally scheduled time. There is a button at the bottom of that email where you can “Reschedule” for another available date.
  

• With at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled session, if you cannot make your scheduled date/time but want to wait before rescheduling your session for another date, please do the following.
  

  • You must press the “Cancel” button on either your original confirmation email or the email that you receive 72 hours before your session.

  • Please then email info@elanakilkenny.com and include when your original session was scheduled for.

  • We will email back to you a special code you can use to reschedule your session for any available time within a year of your purchase date. This special code ensures you can reschedule your session without being charged again for your session.

• Please note that if you need to cancel or reschedule your session with less than a full 48 hours notice, you will forfeit your session and your full session fee. So if you are uncertain about whether you can keep a scheduled session, it’s best to reschedule if you are still uncertain 48 hours before your session so that you don’t lose a session that you invested in.
  

• No-shows automatically result in the forfeiture of your session and the full session fee. If you don’t show up to your session within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, your session will be considered a no-show. So please show up to your session on time.
  

• There are no refunds on any purchased sessions or session packages.
