CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY:
For 6/14/21 Tribeca Brokers Event

Please note that this is the policy that you agreed to when you scheduled Elana for your event.

We realize that sometimes plans change with events, so please note Elana’s 48 hour rescheduling/cancellation policy below.

• If you need to reschedule or cancel Elana’s participation in the event, please notify Elana by email at info@elanakilkenny.com with at least a full 48 hours notice before June 14, 2021. You can then put Elana’s event fee toward one of the following choices below. Please note, that this must be scheduled within a year of the original event date of June 14, 2021 (therefore by June 14, 2022).

  1. Individual Intuitive Counseling Sessions with Elana (via Zoom) for yourself or as a gift/s. Please click here to see what Elana’s current availability and rates are at your time of booking. You will need a special code to book these sessions, so please email Elana at info@elanakilkenny.com when you are ready to book or gift the sessions.
  
  OR

  2. Another event in the future (before June 14th, 2022), if you and Elana mutually agree upon the details of her participation. Please note, depending on the scope and details of this “future” event, Elana’s fee might be more than her fee for the June 14th event, however this already invested amount can be put toward Elana’s fee for a future event.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule Elana’s participation in the event with less than a full 48 hours notice, you will forfeit the entire paid fee of $990. Elana sets aside specific time to prepare for these events in the days leading up to the event and she clears extra time in her full schedule for the day of the event in order to give her 100% to the event.
  

• There are no refunds on any of Elana’s services. However, if Elana has to cancel her participation in the event for unforeseen circumstances she will refund you her full fee of $990. Gratefully, as of yet, Elana has never had to cancel her participation in an event due to unforeseen circumstances and take her responsibility seriously when she commits to an event.

By engaging in any of our offerings including (but not limited to) Intuitive Counseling Sessions, Elana’s Event Services, Sacred Home or Sacred Business Design Sessions, Space Clearing + Blessings, Virtual Workshops, Retreats and any practice offered by Elana Kilkenny you previously agreed to our Terms + Conditions below.

I consent that I am in good physical health and of sound mind, and do not suffer from any condition that would hinder my activity with Elana Kilkenny. These Activities include, but are not limited to, Intuitive Counseling Sessions (for Events, Individuals and Couples/Partners), Sacred Space Design (for home or business), Space Clearings and Blessings, classes, ceremonies, workshops or various activities.

I understand that my participation in all offerings held by Elana Kilkenny, her colleagues, contractors, and/or employees are strictly for entertainment purposes and understand any personal medical concerns are under the care of a medical professional. Any advice given is ultimately determined by my own free will and I release any liability to sue Elana Kilkenny, her employees, instructors or contractors. 

My participation in all activities, is confirmation that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries or damages known or unknown without limitation.

I hereby release my image should photos be taken in group activities that may later appear on future media, for websites, social, or any press purposes.

By signing this release, having Elana participate in any event you are holding, showing up for my appointment, session or workshop with Elana Kilkenny and affiliates, contractors and/or employees, I acknowledge that I have read and completely understand the terms of the release, that I am legally of sound mind, and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
